Positive vibes - dance, dance, dance! "Leisure Cruise" is not an easy name for non-Anglo-Americans to remember and pronounce, and this could be one of the reasons why the New York band hasn't really taken off yet. Dave Hodge and Leah Siegel do their job extremely well! Maybe it's also because of their other projects Broken-Social-Scene and Firehorse that the big breakthrough hasn't happened yet. The video with the weird hippie dancer in Bollywood look is great and the song encourages you to do the same as the protagonist: put on headphones and dance through the streets!

"Leisure Cruise" ist für Nicht-Angloamerikaner ein nicht einfach zu merkender und auszuprechender Name und dies könnte unter anderem der Grund sein, warum die New-Yorker-Band noch nicht wirklich durchgestartet ist. Dave Hodge und Leah Siegel machen ihre Sache ausgesprochen gut! Vielleicht liegt es auch an ihren anderen Projekten Broken-Social-Scene und Firehorse, das sich der grosse Durchbruch noch nicht eingestellt hat. Das Video mit dem schrägen Hippie-Dancer im Bollywood-Look finden wir klasse und der Song dazu regt einem an, dass selbe wie der Protagonist zu tun: Kopfhörer auf und durch die Strassen zu tanzen!
