History:
PHONOGEN.COM was founded in 1999. Back then, when MP3 format was still innovative, we were reporting about music and culture. Simultaneously PHONOGEN also appeared as a label and supported various music productions. PHONOGEN-RECORDS plans in the future to distribute our own productions based on ProTraxx, via AppleMusic, Spotify, or Beatport.
ProTraxx:
All ProTraxx were exclusively produced, composed, mixed and partially mastered for PHONOGEN on request of T&Tea Studio. The master files of catalogue numbers 100_001 to 100_200 were refined by Echochamber, Thanks, Dan Suter for the competent and fast execution :-)
Newsletter:
Our newsletter is only sent out when there is something to report. At the moment the editor is Rino F. Meyer. The album reviews from the archive were all done by Thomas Wyss. Many thanks for making them available!
